Sam Woodcock has 14 years experience of training and development within the construction and motor industries. He specialises in leadership and management development, team diagnostics and facilitation.

Sam started his career in the construction industry working as a draughtsman for a consulting engineer in Bristol whilst studying for his ONC in Civil Engineering at Brunel Technical College. He spent 8 years working as a Highways Technician in the design office and ARE on site. The major projects being Bradley Stoke and Second Severn Crossing Approach roads, which was a joint venture between Maunsell and WS Atkins.

As an associate with The Wigzell Company and PSA Training and Development he has been responsible for the development and implementation of a wide range of projects. These include a number of leadership programmes and company integration meetings with GallifordTry and Morrisons. He is currently working with Educo UK, a JV between Costain and Ferrovial Agroman, facilitating conferences taking lessons learned from Phase 1 of the BSF and implementing improvements across the programme for Phase 2.

He has also worked on modern apprenticeship schemes, strategy planning, team performance, project planning and running assessment centres.
