Barbara is the founder and director of her own company with a long history of success in the field of Management Training and Development. Her prime focus is to help leaders achieve their professional aspirations, coaching them in the skills needed to achieve real and meaningful results. Her aim is to build management capacity by bringing out the latent talent and potential of both individuals and teams and to help organisations build a working environment alive with demonstrable pride, efficacy and productivity.

She runs a range of courses and is also an executive coach, specialising in the skills that are needed to clarify goals, overcome conflict and to work effectively with others. Valued for her many years of practical experience and for her supportive yet challenging approach, she combines an enthusiastic yet highly empathetic style that motivates people, regardless of their level of self–belief and skill.

Courses have been proven to inform, inspire and get results. Specialising in performance management, and with expertise in coaching and counselling, Barbara makes certain that all her clients are given the appropriate support and guidance they need to achieve a significant increase in both their competence and confidence.

Structural Consulting

Barbara is one of just a handful of consultants in the UK who, after several years of study in Vermont, has permission to conduct ‘Structural  Consultations’- an intellectually demanding discipline, invented by the leading American business strategist,  Robert Fritz. It enables clients to achieve remarkable levels of self insight and clarity of vision. She employs other structural consultants who have also been trained by Robert Fritz, the author of the best sellers: The Path Of Least Resistance and Corporate Tides.

She works with both individuals and teams helping them to design and implement business and personal strategies that both succeed and stand the test of time.

Personal Strategy Coaching

Coaching and consulting is provided for managers at every level of an organisation.
